KITA provides tools for inventory tracking and analytics. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data. KITA does not guarantee specific business outcomes or profits.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, software, and designs are owned by KITA. You are granted a limited license for intended business use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

KITA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

This Policy is in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

• Personal: Name, Email, Contact details.
• Business: Inventory records, Sales data, Enterprise settings.
• Scanning: Images captured for OCR and extracted metadata.

2. How We Use Data

To operate the service, process analytics, ensure security, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion subject to legal limitations.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to be informed, access, correct, or object to the processing of your data, and file complaints with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

5. Security

We implement technical measures like encryption and access controls to protect your information.
